I just came back from a run with Chip. Or, an attempt to go running. We ended up speed walking through the "nice-flowery-flow-part-of-Berkeley" to "gated-community-our-houses-are-bigger-than-the-Taj-Mahal-part-of-Berkeley". Yeah... about that. Flowers before mansions.
